Process for Correction/Changes in PAN Card -Step
  • Step1 - Fill Online Application Form for Correction/Changes in PAN
  • Step 2- Make Payment Online

    You can easily choose the mode of payment. (Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking etc.)

  • Step 3- Print, Sign and Send the Documents by Courier/Post

    Once the payment is successful, download and print your application form.Fill it up,Paste Photo, Sign and attach documents (Please enclose self-attested copies of your Aadhaar card and any other ID/Proof selected by your during filling of application form) along with the application form.

  • After download PAN Card correction form and print out then Paste Passport Photo and Sign

    Paste two Passport photo(Note:-background of Passport Photo should be white), 3.5cm x 2.5cm as shown above:

  • On the left hand side sign across the photo
  • On the right hand side sign below the photo in the space provided.
  • Sign with Black ink Pen
  • Sign at the bottom of the Form
